It's simple. Many women get stuck on start up mode. You know, where you’re focusing on the best ways to find new clients and wear all the hats in the business. But a truly successful businesswoman isn’t supposed to wear all the hats. She’s supposed to find people who can help her make her business strong and profitable. A smart businesswoman focuses on her core strengths, the skills she possesses that made her start her company in the first place. And an even smarter businesswoman knows when to seek help and outside opinions.
Ask yourself 5 questions
1. Am I working alone or with a skeleton crew to keep the business going?
2. Am I handling the business development, customer service, fulfilment, marketing, sales, accounting, networking and every other job I’m NOT supposed to be focusing on in addition to my core responsibilities?
3. Am I stuck at the same level of revenue (or less than) when I first started?
4. Am I ready to add additional revenue streams to my business but don’t know how?
5. Am I ready to take my business to the next level?
