The mission of Empower Me! is to help Black Women achieve their dreams of entrepreneurship by not only teaching the skills necessary to succeed, but also by arming them with the proper tools and knowledge necessary to survive. It is no secret that Black Women-Owned Businesses are growing by the year. But sadly, many fail due to poor planning, lack of funding, lack of knowledge and a host of other reasons.

This interactive center was developed to help entrepreneurial women realize and achieve their goals for business development, and provide them the necessary resources and tools to be successful. Here you can find courses in entrepreneurship, tips on running a successful business, tools, information and resources to use in your day to day operations, our Start Ups Corner, where you can find information about taking that entrepreneurial plunge, a legal self-help section and a travel center. If you know of an extraordinary businesswoman, please contact us and tell us all about her. We'll feature her in our Spotlight Section.

The Entrepreneurial Courses do not run on the same schedule or format as the traditional courses offered by Empower Me! Institute. The courses are offered in six (6) week tracks and are available continuously throughout the year.

Last, our Business Directory is just getting started. If you have a business you would like to advertise in the directory, please contact us for more details. The directory is still being developed.
