We produce several specialty career fairs throughout the year. For employers who have not experienced one of our career fairs, our fairs are unlike the average fairs in the market. Employers' chief complaints are that career fairs often do not yield the desired results, they get bombarded with resumes of candidates they will likely not hire, open fairs attract less of the target skill sets they seek and they have no time to accurately pre-screen candidates. At Empower Me! career fairs, candidates are filtered and sourced by seasoned recruiters according to criteria set forth by participating employers. Our resident Career Staff Members all have solid, proven recruiting backgrounds. We take the time to use our various resources and relationships with professional, trade, cultural and societal organizations (on and offline) as well as colleges/universities and various network alliances to reach the kind of talent employers are seeking. We allow registered employers access to an online resume bank to give them a preview of the type of candidates they can expect at the fairs. Should an employer indicate an interest in any of the candidates, we personally invite them on behalf of the employer to stop at their exhibit booth for a preliminary interview.

In addition to our organization relationships, we also put great effort into public relations and advertising campaigns for these events. We target specialty and professional publications to draw the candidates our exhibitors are looking for.

There are no hidden or extra costs to participate in our job fairs. Our fairs are a low investment for a potentially high return. They are less costly than the traditional print advertising, internet job bank posting and search firm fees. Candidates

Empower Me! host several career fairs each year. These events are hosted in major cities in the U.S. and offer a wonderful opportunity for jobseekers to position themselves in front of recruiters for major hiring companies. Attendance at career fairs are free to jobseekers. In addition to the opportunity to find new employment opportunities, jobseekers will be able to attend various seminars and network with peers and professionals with similar interests and backgrounds. Registration is simple. To register for an upcoming fair, simply go to the page of the fair that interests you, submit your resume, complete the online form and show up! It's that simple.
