We are looking for Contract Strategists for our growing team.

We are expanding our team to include Strategists who love working with clients to produce game changing results. Our Strategists are knowledgable specialists who can deliver exactly what the client needs, in a timely manner, and are solid producers. They’re not cheering clients on, rather, working with and consulting with them to meet objectives and milestones.
Must have a minimum of ten years of experience and a proven track record in working with small to mid-sized businesses. Must be a specialist in one of the areas above. We’re not looking for Jacks (or Jills) of all trades. This is a Contract position with the possibility of converting to a regular team member for the right person. The ideal candidate is looking for an opportunity to grow with the Empower Me! brand and not looking to start or fill their own practice. If you’re looking for a 40 hour work week, keep on looking, because you won’t find that here. This is not a sales position. Strategists will be given client accounts to work with based on area of expertise, compatibility and ability to serve, and focus on Strategy Sessions, Strategy Days and/or Implementation Days. Will work on client cases closely with and reporting to the CEO.
