Lunchtime Strategies™ are 90 minute live quick coaching webcasts that are designed for you to attend right at your desk or wherever you have Internet access. The cost is $59 each or $799 for the year. (Members get free access to Lunchtime Strategies for the lifetime of their membership).

If you are looking to take more in depth classes, you can enroll in Empower Me! Institute. Classes are from four to six weeks long and available via live webcasts and live onsite.
